City of Los Angeles, California August 2016 - Present	Office Manager @ Smart LA Realty In charge of directing client traffic, publishing marketing materials, forming strategic partnership with local businesses and other real estate groups.
City of Glendale, California July 2010 - August 2016	Quality Control Manager @ DRIVE Assumed the role of QA Manager for a firm specializing in business consultation in the automotive industry. Duties of the role included project management, monitoring and correcting staff work, updating consultation procedures to always stay ahead of the technological curve and client satisfaction.
City of Tampa, Florida August 2006 - July 2010	Concierge & Internal Affairs @ Marriott Hotels Undertook intern level work at several hotels in the area whilst undergoing my MBA studies online. Was sponsored to work in the USA (I am an Italian citizen) due to my ability to speak several languages, allowing me to service a larger pool of international clients at the chain of hotels.
